Neighbourhood Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for a Local Authority Client in Berkshire.

In this role you will support neighbourhood and tenancy services, helping to manage estates and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

Duties:

• Support tenancy management, including sign-ups, audits, and record keeping.
• Assist with estate management, ASB cases, and neighbourhood inspections.
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence, diaries, and financial processing.
• Work with colleagues and partners to deliver responsive, customer-focused housing services.
