About The Role

Ready to make a real difference in your community? We're looking for an exceptional Neighbourhood Facilitator to join our team on a full‑time (40 hours per week), fixed‑term contract through to June 2027.

You Will Work Collaboratively With Our Community, Council And Agency Colleagues To Enable Thriving And Connected Communities. Taking a Holistic Approach To Neighbourhoods, You Will Lead An Organisational Shift To Community‑led Development, With a Focus On Wellbeing. You Will Optimise Collective Impact By
