About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced and skilled clinician (Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist) to lead our service in working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) This part time position will build an effective partnership between South West Healthcare and the NDIS to deliver mental health services and ensures that our workforce engages proactively with consumers and carers throughout the NDIS processes. The role also supports consumers in effectively navigating the NDIS process.
Position overview
* Employment Type: Part-time (32 hours per fortnight)
* Fixed-term position until June 2027
* Location: Warrnambool Campus
* Classification: Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Social Worker Grade 4, Occupational Therapist Grade 4 or Psychologist Grade 3
* Salary Range: $108,279 - $130,603 per annum, plus superannuation
