NDIS Disability Support Worker

• We are hiring on behalf of a dedicated NDIS service provider seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker. This role involves supporting a young NDIS participant with mental health.

  Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and prompting with personal care.
  • Support with school drop-offs Monday to Friday.
  • Collaborate with the participant's family to ensure continuity of care.

  About You:

  • Experience working with children with ASD is highly desirable.
  • Patient, reliable, and empathetic in approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and supportive in assisting the participant's daily routines.

  Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related fields.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
