Role Description
• nCino Developer with DevOps (Copado)
• Build and manage CICD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce and nCino.
• Automate deployment processes and keep environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) in sync.
• Use version control tools like Git and manage code releases.
• Work closely with other teams to make sure code is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure code quality with tests and security checks during deployment.
• Help and guide junior team members.
Skills You Need
• Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWC).
• nCino platform experience working with loan processes, objects, and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.
• Familiar with tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket.
• Able to write simple automation scripts (like in Python or Bash).
• Understand Agile tools like Jira.
