Nawah (نواة) means 'seed' in Arabic — reflecting our belief that great careers, like great harvests, start with the right conditions to grow. Nawah is Al Dahra's structured Emirati talent development program, designed to give UAE nationals a genuine launchpad into private sector careers in agribusiness.

Program Overview

Nawah interns are given real work, real projects, and real mentors from day one. Every intern is registered with NAFIS and the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, and top performers are considered for full-time roles at the end of the program.

• Contract Management (Kezad) – Draft, review and manage commercial agreements supporting Al Dahra's supplier and customer relationships.
