The role will serve as a primary subject matter expert on Navitaire New Skies integrations, with a strong focus on third-party integrations and current website endpoint implementations. The role involves answering technical and functional queries, reviewing integration designs, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integrations between Navitaire and external systems.
This position requires deep knowledge of airline reservation systems, API integrations, web services architecture, and airline commercial workflows.
Navitaire Subject Matter Expertise
Act as the Navitaire New Skies SME for third-party and website integrations.
Provide authoritative responses to technical and functional questions related to:
Reservations
Main Booking flow
Manage My Booking
Ancillaries
Payments
