Natural Risk Engineer (Colombia)

Role Purpose

• The main function of the job is to carry out risk appraisals of underwriting submissions and undertake risk / loss prevention surveys of the operation of industrial plants including property damage and business interruption assessments. This will include but not be limited to refining, petrochemical, chemical, biofuels, etc.; to ensure compliance with CHUBB Natural Resources Engineering Strategy.
• The role will include liaison with a wider range of customer groups including underwriters and importantly clients and their insurance brokers, managing the engineering input from early concept of new facilities through design, construction to operational phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide risk management advice, using effective and objective communication to both internal and external customer groups.
