Position: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER



Job Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Business, Marketing or Engineering

 At least 10 years proven work experience as National Sales Manager covering

areas in Luzon, Visayas &Mindanao in an FMCG environment, preferably Food

 Experience in managing a high performance Sales team

 Strong capability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and

prescribe solutions and monitor nd manages assigned next step

 Solid customer service attitude

 Strong communication and team management skills

 Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management

 Knowledge of business and management principles and practices

 Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices

 Working Knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Sales
