This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving the next phase of growth for a rapidly expanding industrial lighting business. The successful candidate will lead the Industrial sales function, strengthen channel performance, drive revenue growth, and build a more disciplined, accountable commercial organization capable of supporting long-term expansion.
