AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong working relationships at all levels in each approved national account within the UK through a consultative business to business approach
  • Visit and work with all UK and ROI national account salons alongside each BDM to understand each salon, brand awareness, visibility and grow sales.
  • Build joint business plans with each national account to secure strong foundations and ensure successful execution of sales activations agreed.
  • Arrange monthly meetings to present promotional activity and identify areas for growth in consultation with the salons nationally.
  • Develop close relationships with key team members to help negotiate the successful execution of the sales, marketing, e commerce and educational plans within each account....
