National Director, Brownfield Assessment & Development

About The Opportunity

Millennium EMS Solutions (MEMS) is seeking a nationally focused, visionary leader to serve as our Director, Brownfield Assessment & Development (BAD). This senior, enterprise‑level role is accountable for national strategy, market expansion, technical excellence, risk‑based decision‑making, and service integration under a regional framework while upholding our One‑Company approach.

The Director will grow MEMS’ Brownfield practice across Canada and ensure credible, defensible, and delivery‑focused outcomes that advance community redevelopment, including partnerships with First Nations clients and organizations. The position can be based out of any Western Canada office location (Fort St. John, Calgary, Sherwood Park, Grande Prairie, or Saskatoon).
