As a National Account Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving John West’s growth within the Discount and Convenience channels . You’ll own and deliver strategic customer plans, strengthen partnerships, and translate commercial insights into real business results.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver ambitious strategic customer plans aligned with our commercial scorecard.
- Take P&L ownership of your accounts, ensuring delivery of volume, value, and profit targets.
- Build strong, cross-functional relationships with customers and internal teams to grow brand visibility and performance.
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) and performance reviews with customers.
