The National Account Executive (NAE) is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying and securing national and enterprise-level accounts. This role focuses on building strong, long‑term partnerships with C‑level decision‑makers and key stakeholders, delivering tailored logistics solutions that address complex customer challenges. The NAE manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiations, while leading responses to RFPs and RFIs. Additionally, the NAE conducts regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities, collaborates with internal teams to implement customized solutions, and ensures exceptional post‑sale service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
