Nanny

Hello! We are a family based in Colwood, British Columbia, looking for a dedicated and nurturing nanny to join our home.
We are seeking someone to start right away for a longer-term, part-time position, with initial availability for up to 5 days per week if possible.
We have three children aged 5, 5, and 10. Our youngest is autistic and has an intellectual disability, and we are looking for a nanny who is patient, kind, and comfortable supporting a neurodivergent child.
Duties will include caring for the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and light housekeeping related to the children.
This is a live-out position only, ideal for someone who prefers to work during the day and return to their own home outside of working hours.
We are offering $25 per hour, with flexibility to increase the rate depending on experience and fit.
