We are a friendly family located in Cochrane, Alberta, seeking a reliable nanny to help during the summer months. We have two children kids that would under your care but our main focus would be on 1 child who has Apraxia and Sensory Processing Disorder.
Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with children with ASD and using therapy techniques with him, engaging in play and educational activities. This could be a really cool experience for someone wanting to work with kids with ASD and other disorders, a child that is non-verbal and learning to find their voice, a child that needs help with motor skills etc.
We live in a beautiful area in Cochrane by the river - It truly is natures paradise. We have a lovely backyard to enjoy playtime as well as art projects can be done out there, there is a playground nearby and SLS which is a indoor facility with swimming, rock climbing, indoor playground etc and we could sign the kids up for lessons there to break up the da...
