+ The Therapeutic Area (TA) NA Medical Head leads the NA Medical TA organization within the General Medicines group.
+ The Medical Head is responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of the medical brand(s) strategies and working with the TA medical team and functional leads on the execution of tactics and associated budget.
+ The Medical Head is expected to collaborate with colleagues in Global Medical, R&D, Commercial, Drug Safety, Compliance, Legal and Regulatory to successfully support the brand and deputize directly for the Head of NA Gen Med Medical on TA matters.
