Responsibilities Lead the organization to better, faster, stronger by identifying, developing and implementing process improvements and standard work procedures in all areas of the facility. Perform and evaluate work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Develop plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. Provide product assembly instructions and standardize assembly practices. Evaluate new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process. Qualifications BA in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process improvement engineering or similar field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
