• Handle revisions of communications, notifications and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Supervise a small team of support staff.
• Delegate and supervise straightforward tasks.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, promotion, compensation adjustments and termination.
• Create and monitor appropriate metrics for the managed team.
