Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Motivation:
- Lead, motivate, and drive the frontline sales executive team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories, segmented by product lines and market segments.
- Revenue & Collection Management:
- Ensure timely payment collection adhering strictly to the MYKL credit policy to maintain healthy cash flows.
- New Channel Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint high-potential new outlets and channel partners in existing and emerging towns to expand market presence.
- Existing Channel Management:
- Strengthen relationships with primary and secondary channel partners through effective retention strategies and growth initiatives.
- Support partners in achieving their sales targets and overall business development.
