(MY) Data Center Operator

Responsible for all duties of an IT Operator. Operator needs to perform other operation jobs as well (E.g., helpdesk, repair/setup, project, and other role within same department) in the event of resources required.

Responsibilities

• The IT Operator must visit the customer’s place and respond to customer requests for all kinds of IT infrastructure
• Provide installation work for IT devices and software and provide guidance on how to use the product and software during onsite or regular maintenance or project
• Responsible for an understanding of the product and it is necessary to explain clearly about the product characteristics and usage
• When visiting a customer’s location for repair or troubleshooting upon their request, the IT Operator must respond promptly, determine the root cause, and address the issue effectively
• Responsible for creating and updating IT infrastructure documentation
• To monitor CCTV
