MVOG473 Female Personal Assistant

To encourage and promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation by engaging in relaxed dialogue and reminiscence. To ensure that I maintain regular fluids and diet. To assist me with preparation of food and drink on days where I need more help. To remind me to take medication if this has not been taken at an earlier carer visit. To encourage me to maintain my independence as far as possible, 13 hours in total which will be shared between two or more Personal Assistants. Ideally 1.5 - 2 hours Monday - Saturday around carer visits. Hours can be adjusted to suit the right applicant. Some flexibility would be advantageous. RATE OF PAY £15.00 per hour TASKS INVOLVED.

Responsibilities

• Keeping me company, sitting down and having a chat
• Preparing a meal or snack
• Provide assistance with personal care or assisting me to put on clean clothes if this has not been achieved during the earlier carer call.
