Salary: £40,777 - £47,181 pro rata

Job Overview

We are appointing a part‑time piano/keyboard tutor at Rochdale Music Service.

Responsibilities

• Teach piano/keyboard to students at various skill levels.
• Work a minimum of 7 hours per week during the 38‑week term.
• Hours are expected to grow over time.
• Deliver evening and weekend sessions and travel to different venues.
• Potentially teach whole‑class keyboard projects or acquire the skill to do so.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant teaching or music qualifications (as specified in the attached person specification).
• Willingness to learn or already able to teach whole‑class keyboard projects.
• Available for flexible evening and weekend work.
• Must be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• No sponsorship is offered for this role.
