Responsibilities

Production Stability & Monitoring

• Provide a production overview across the bank.
• Act as the central point of contact for production health across technology.
• Proactively monitor the environment using telemetry to detect abnormalities and conduct focused investigations when required.
• Correlate cross‑stream issues and events.

Incident Management

• Actively manage all SEV 1-3 Major Incidents.
• Maintain oversight of all SEV 4 incidents, including current status and escalations.
• Track trends and abnormal volumes of SEV 5 and unstructured requests.
• Manage SEV 4 incidents when escalation risk is identified.
