Senior Municipal Engineer – Fredericton

We are looking for a Senior Municipal Engineer to join our growing team at GEMTEC in Fredericton. Responsibilities

Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications, and tender documents. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost‑effective design solutions. Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability. Support construction administration activities, including site inspections and responding to contractor inquiries. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce and review detailed civil design plans. Communicate with clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with expectations. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff as needed. Work office‑based design and project management with site visits to projects as required.
