An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Operative to join a well-established construction and housing business covering sites across Devon and Somerset.

This role involves carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs within occupied homes, so we are looking for someone with a strong trades background who also enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs in occupied homes

* Completing tasks including painting, carpentry, drylining, window adjustments and finishing repairs

* Updating works via tablet systems and liaising with office teams

* Providing a professional and customer-focused service
