Multiskilled Production Operative

We’re recruiting Multiskilled Production Operatives to join our manufacturing operation in Crick, Northamptonshire. These permanent roles support our Packing team and play an important part in maintaining a safe, high‑quality and collaborative working environment. You’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of our operation, working as part of a supportive team - you’ll help ensure products are made and packed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of INSPIRED.

Role Overview:

• Shift pattern: Monday - Friday *opportunities available on early, late or night shift*
• Weekly hours: 40 per week
• Early shift (06:00 - 14:00) - £15.66 per hour
• Late shift (14:00 - 22:00) - £15.66 per hour plus £1.28 per hour shift allowance
• Nights shift (22:00- 06:00) - £15.66 per hour plus £1.99 per hour shift allowance
