Position Overview We are seeking a Multi-Unit Sales Manager to directly oversee and drive sales performance across 2–3 studio locations .

This role is responsible for owning revenue results at the studio level, coaching sales teams, and ensuring consistent execution of proven systems that convert leads into long-term members.

This is a highly hands-on role —you will be actively involved in day-to-day sales activities, working inside the studios, closing memberships, and holding teams accountable to performance metrics.
