This is a great opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties.

Duties will include:

Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
Works to include carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating
Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible
Responsive maintenance within occupied and void properties
Managing workloads effectively and completing works within required timeframes
Using mobile devices to receive, update and complete work orders
