Multi Trader

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
• Works to include carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating
• Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible
• Responsive maintenance within occupied and void properties
• Managing workloads effectively and completing works within required timeframes
• Using mobile devices to receive, update and complete work orders
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments
• A strong all-round skillset across multiple trades
• Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds)
• Full UK driving licence
