Location: Essex-based (covering London, Kent, East Anglia & surrounding regions)
Salary: 33,000 - 39,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for 2-3 experienced Multi‑Trade Operatives to join a growing and well‑established property services company. The role involves working across a mix of social housing and private residential developments , supporting national housebuilders and housing associations.

Projects include work with leading developers and housing providers such as Orbit Homes, Golding Homes, Bellway, Barratt, Crest Nicholson, Redrow, and Chartway .

This is a customer‑facing role , requiring high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work independently across a variety of locations.
