Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing
* Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

* Sanitary replacements including bath framework, boxing and bath panels.
