Job Description

Multiskilled Operative – Plymouth

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a response maintenance service on MOD properties. You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area.
This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card.
 
 This position will start temp for 13 weeks through us as an agency.
 
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
Responsive maintenance work in MOD properties

Completing a variety of works in various trades

Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc

Driving the work van safely and responsibly 

Reporting to your supervisor
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience

Good attitude

Honest and reliable

Ideally social housing/ MOD experience...
