Working Hours: 40 hours per week, full time

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Dartford, Kent

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Plumbing/Carpentry) to carry out general multi‑trade works for planned maintenance upgrades, including kitchens and bathrooms. Sites will be mainly customers’ properties across the organisation. The successful candidate will receive a van, fuel card and all PPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general multi‑trade activities including painting, decorating, tiling, plastering, routine carpentry and plumbing tasks in accordance with performance specifications.
• Ensure works comply with Building Regulations Approved Documents and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
