Multi Trade Operative - Chichester

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Location: Chichester.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trade operative who has skills in carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair and installation.

Responsibilities

Deliver a first class service to our properties covering Chichester and surrounding areas.

Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs. Work across all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades, ensuring efficient completion within required deadlines.

Qualifications

Reliable, experienced carpenter/plumber with skills in electrical repair and installation and good customer care.

Requirements

Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
