Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary + company van, fuel card & benefits

Contract: Temp to perm

Overtime: Available and optional

The Role

You will be responsible for attending reactive repairs within tenanted properties, delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive maintenance and repair works in occupied homes
• Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
• Communicating professionally with tenants and clients
• Accurately reporting works completed

Requirements

• Carpentry biased, as well as competent in basic repairs across other trades such as:
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
