As a CBRE Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

Perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on an assigned property or building.
Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes.
