Responsibilities

• Work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
• Provide a high level of service to clients, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping clients informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Apply health & safety, permit‑to‑work procedures and safe systems of working; communicate verbally and in writing with team and client.

Required Qualifications

• Background in maintenance/facilities management environment or similar.
• C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
