Role Overview

Carrying out responsive plastering repairs and multi-skilled maintenance works across residential properties throughout Cornwall for Guinness Property. Working as part of the South-West repairs and maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional payment provided. Successful candidates must live within Cornwall.
