Multi Skilled Operative

Annual salary: up to £32,740.00. Location: Glasgow. Contract: Full‑time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Plus company van and fuel card.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a high standard of multi‑trade repairs and refurbishment works across our housing properties. You will deliver best‑in‑class customer service while satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong time‑management skills.

Role Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in multi‑trade work
• Proven experience in reactive repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Ownership of basic tools
