About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi‑skilled Operative with proven experience to join our responsive repairs team in Hastings, covering Hastings to Brighton. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering day‑to‑day repairs within social housing, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard for residents. Working across occupied homes, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
