FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Operative to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This is a permanent, full‑time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Multi‑Skilled Operative role will include:

• Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and effectively diagnose faults
• Completing planned maintenance works in accordance with schedules, specifications, and compliance requirements
• Supporting the wider facilities team in maintaining other building systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical when required
• Completing general building repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fittings and flooring tasks
• Maintaining accurate records of completed carpentry and maintenance work in line with company procedures
