Job Description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. As our Multi-Skilled Operative you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to carpentry, finishing, general building and external works. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Multi-Skilled Operative role will include:
Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and effectively diagnose faults
Completing planned maintenance works in accordance with schedules, specifications, and compliance requirements
Supporting the wider facilities team in maintaining other building systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical when required
Completing general building repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fittings and flooring tasks
