This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience in social housing, reactive maintenance, and finishing works to work across a variety of residential properties. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and finishing tasks within occupied and void properties. You will be expected to deliver a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents. Key Responsibilities: Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works within residential and social housing properties.
