Multi Skilled Operative

Contract: Full Time Permanent, per annum, plus company van & fuel card, 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday-Friday). Annual salary: up to £37,428.13. We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes to carry out a variety of property maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in void and tenanted properties. The role requires delivering high‑quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.

Duties

• Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across voids and tenanted social housing properties.
• Replace or repair skirting boards, architraves, and internal door frames.
• Install and adjust kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors.
• Repair or replace internal doors, handles, locks, and hinges.
• Identify and fix minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps, and blocked sinks.
