About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi‑Skilled Operative to support a busy voids repairs and maintenance contract in Leeds. This hands‑on role focuses on preparing empty social housing properties to a safe, high‑quality, lettable standard, helping residents move into homes that are ready the first time.

Duties

• Complete repairs and maintenance works within void social housing properties, ensuring homes are brought back to lettable standard safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
• Carry out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance across void properties.
• Replace and repair skirting boards, architraves, and internal door frames.
