About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi‑Skilled Operative with strong plastering experience to join our responsive repairs team in hastings covering hastings to Brighton. This is a hands‑on role working across occupied social housing properties, delivering high‑quality repairs with plastering as your core trade, alongside supporting works across other trades as required.

You’ll be completing day‑to‑day repairs following leaks, maintenance works, and general wear and tear, ensuring properties are left safe, secure, and finished to a high standard. This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well independently, and understands the importance of good customer service when working in residents’ homes.
