Job Overview

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Tarmac Cloddach Sand & Gravel Quarry, Elgin. The role focuses on loader and static plant operations producing dry aggregate materials for construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including dumpers, loading shovels, forklifts and blocking operations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day static plant and uphold high housekeeping standards.
• Complete additional duties as directed, with full training provided.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in aggregates, quarrying, or an industrial/factory environment.
• Previous loader or static plant operator experience preferred.
• Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills.
