Role Overview

Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on social housing properties across Swindon and surrounding areas. This role involves joinery and carpentry works alongside general multi-trade maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsive joinery and carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
• Damp and mould treatment works
• Completing repairs to a high standard on occupied properties
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
• Accurately updating works via handheld devices/tablets
• Participating in out-of-hours callout rota

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Carpentry or Joinery
