Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join a busy Responsive Repairs Team covering homes across West Cornwall. This is a permanent, full-time position working within social housing properties, carrying out high-quality responsive repairs and maintenance works.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Joiner with additional multi-trade skills, capable of completing repairs efficiently and delivering excellent customer service within occupied homes.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out responsive joinery and carpentry repairs across domestic properties

Completing multi-trade maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, and making good works

Delivering first-time fixes wherever possible
